3rd Annual Day of Hope

October 15th is coming up once again, and while I know we never forget our angels lets take time to get together and support one another as mothers, fathers, and families.

A baby loss mom shared with Bianca that last years memorial gave her a place to finally grieve for her baby, and that is what he hope to do, bring everyone a little piece of comfort and healing. We hope that you will join us this year and share your stories and find a bit of comfort in your heart.

This years events will include a candle lighting ceremony, reading of each child's name, a video presentation and music by Joe Rykert.

Molly Bears - Gabriella's Bear

 

Yesterday a special surprise was waiting for me on my front porch. It was Job and Bianca's  4 lb 10 oz Gabriella Bear.  I ordered this bear a few months after precious Gabriella passed away. I found the Molly Bear Organization on-line while browsing the Internet late at night. One of those nights while I was sitting up with my own baby, wondering why Gabriella was taken away from our family. What a great organization this was! It was started by other baby loss mom who in her time of grief was searching for something to hold onto and went to her local market and weighed rice to the exact ounce that her precious baby weighed and made her own bear, in honor of her baby, Molly and Molly bears was born.
